RGW represents a network of CPAs, enrolled agents and experienced tax consultants.  These professionals, mostly Big-4 consultants and former state auditors, possess extensive tax knowledge and years of experience in the State and Local Tax arena.  Also, RGW is affiliated with several accounting firms that provide Income/Franchise, Employment and other taxes at both Federal and state & local levels.

RGW was founded by Roger H. Wang, CPA, MST. 

Leveraging his proficiency with technology and related data analytics tools (e.g., data mining, extraction, and statistical sampling & analyses), Mr. Wang has assisted clients recover and save tens of millions of tax dollars overpaid on overlooked exemptions throughout his consulting career.

Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of dedication to the state and local tax area with extensive experience in Sales/Use and other Indirect taxes.  Prior to RGW, his consulting career includes over 11 years with Big-4 CPA firms: Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (over 8 years) and Multi-state Tax Manager at Deloitte.  Before joining the public accounting, Mr. Wang spent over 12 years in private industry with premier companies such as Warner Bros. Entertainment (entertainment & films), WellPoint Inc. (healthcare & insurance services) and AT Systems (transportation & logistics).
